About the Client
This is one of NaNLABS’ clients based in the United States, operating in the clean-energy fintech space. They provide financing solutions and data-driven tools that help businesses adopt commercial solar projects. Their platform integrates with solar installers and enables streamlined lending workflows supported by a modern analytics ecosystem.
What you’ll do
Design and implement the agentic orchestration layer that powers AI-driven workflows across the platform.
Build and iterate on agent-based systems using orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or similar.
Develop backend services, integrations, and automations that interact with internal and third-party systems.
Work on data preparation and system integration to enable reliable AI-driven workflows.
Contribute to both AI-native features and existing product capabilities, working across the stack when needed.
Own components end-to-end, proactively identifying improvements and contributing to system design and architecture.
Collaborate directly with a US-based engineering team in a fast-paced product environment.

What we’re looking for
5+ years of experience as a software engineer working on backend or full-stack systems.
Hands-on experience building AI-powered systems in production, including LLM-based workflows, automations, or agents.
Understanding of agentic architectures and orchestration patterns, including concepts such as state management, workflow control, and human-in-the-loop processes.
Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration tools.
Strong backend skills and the ability to work across integrations, APIs, and data layers.
Experience working in product-focused engineering teams, with ownership of features end-to-end.
Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously in distributed teams.
English level B2 or higher (spoken & written).
